• The Founder

Mehyou Group was founded by Mr. Ahmad Mehyou, an ambitious entrepreneur on his journey to excellence. As a budding young man, Mr. Mehyou was to embark on his journey to preserve the generations of traditions that his family upheld in business through the fields of agriculture, contracting, and construction. He would soon become the definition of an innovative businessman and expand his interests diversely.

Mr. Mehyou started his career in the 1960s as he left his native country and began to develop contracting and construction projects in the Middle East. After years of extensive and highly valuable experience, Mr. Mehyou and his wife, Mrs. Georgette Farah Mehyou, established their family legacy, Mehyou Group. This was already within itself an achievement as during that period, Lebanon had been suffering from a disastrous war that would leave the country in a devastating shape. However, Mr. Mehyou did not let that adversity tarnish his dreams as he was resilient and determined to rise above any obstacle in his path.

As Mr. Mehyou took advantage of the circumstances, he was able to expand into the manufacturing and trading business. He is quoted quiet often saying that he owes his success to his dear wife as she has been the source of his resilience and perseverance. He has said, “We have worked together hand in hand during very hard times; we have gone through hardships and adversity, but the one constant in my life has been my dear strong wife, Georgette. She is the pillar of our family’s legacy.”

Later in the 90s, Mr. Mehyou diversified his business into farming and agriculture in which he had founded his own farm and expanded his business into the Middle East, GCC, Turkey, and North Africa after his notable success and achievements in the field.

Mr. Mehyou announced the opening of Mehyou Pour Le Commerce et L’industry S.A.R.L, an extension of Mehyou Group, in the 1990s as well. The company delved into pasta production that led it to becoming one of the leading manufacturing and trading companies in the region.

Mr. Mehyou continues to reside as the Group’s Executive Chairman, whereas Mrs. Mehyou has relinquished her position as Chief Operating Officer to her daughter, Dr. Zeina. She will forever be the pillar of the family and its matriarch as she continues to bestow compassion, reliability, vigor, and loyalty. She is a mother of a family, of a legacy, and of a Group. The Group is currently led by the two brothers, Mr. Raja and Captain Wissam Mehyou. Raja resides as the Group’s Non-Executive Chairman, and Wissam remains the Chief Executive Officer.

The two brothers have led the Group into new modern fields, including aviation, technology, and hospitality, in which the have found tremendous success.

As the world proceeds into a new age, it is time that the newer generation takes responsibility and guidance to lead the Group into the future. As it is in the Group’s vision to envision the future of the world, we have taken the experience and sophistication from the past and consolidated it with the uniqueness and innovation of the present to bring our institution into the future. Our board has merged each generations’ wisdom to create a truly remarkable outcome.

Mehyou Group originally headed offices in the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe. Nevertheless, it continues to proceed in diversifying its interests daily. After tackling many of the world’s leading sectors triumphantly, the Group is currently working on many new projects intercontinentally. It currently hosts its active headquarters in Lebanon, Dubai, Turkey, France, Qatar, and Cyprus and soon in the KSA.  

• Our Subsidiaries

The organization comprises of Mehyou Pour Le Commerce et L’industry S.A.R.L and Mehyou Foundation. Both these notable division have contributed to the Group’s biggest accomplishments and have led it to its prominence. They have acted as the Group’s pedestal and strength throughout its journey. Through these vessels, a new magnitude of sectors has been established. Today, Mehyou Group operates in manufacturing and trading, aviation, technology, hospitality, and management and consultation, marketing and advertising, real estate, business development, finance, and legal markets. We proudly exert our services through Mehyou Pour Le Commerce et L’industry S.A.R.L, Interconinental Aviation Organization Holdings, Airways Aviation Group, Squadra Hospitality and Management, TIN – The Intelligent Network Holding, Open Door Real Estate, and The Counselor.

Nevertheless, we believe that through great success should come great compassion. Mehyou Group heads The Mehyou Foundation which is a non-profit organization that works on philanthropy and helping the less fortunate suffering from hunger, poverty, homelessness, the need for education, environmental difficulties, illnesses and diseases, and the likes. “It is essential that we give back after we have been fortunate enough to receive so much,” says Mr. Ahmad Mehyou.
